What we store

• Your Google account name, email and avatar, to sign you in.
• The links and files you submit, and the transcripts, translations and summaries produced from them.
• Daily usage counters (minutes processed, number of jobs) to enforce limits.

Where processing happens

All speech recognition, translation and summarization runs on our own server with open-source models. Your content is not sent to third-party AI services.

Sharing

Transcripts of public videos may be reused to answer other users who submit the same public video (so it is not processed twice). Your uploads, edits and anything captured from your own browser session stay private to your account.

Retention and deletion

Media files are deleted automatically within hours. Deleting a job removes its files and its entry from your library. Contact us to delete your account.

Cookies

One essential session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
